How matches are scored
Two signals: similarity between real names (ESPN stores them; Sleeper usually does not) and similarity between team names across eras — several teams kept their name through the move, which is strong evidence. A surname appearing inside a Sleeper handle also counts. Each ESPN owner is matched to at most one Sleeper manager, best evidence first.
